Real Betis are keen to bring Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos back to the club. but will wait until the summer
Spanish outlet Marca reports that Real Betis are trying to bring Ceballos back from Real Madrid to rejoin the squad. But the January trading market is probably too early to do this. Ceballos made his name at Real Betis after making his debut in April 2014, before joining Real Madrid in the summer of 2017 for €18 million, but was unable to secure a place in the Real Madrid line-up. Two seasons ago, he played with Arsenal on loan. Before suffering injuries from a long break since the summer
For this reason, Real Betis want Ceballos back to the team again. But it’s probably more summer than January. Because trainer Manuel Pellegrini revealed that he did not want any movement. Both moving in and moving out in the trading market this winter. Ceballos is contracted to Real Madrid until 2023. So the 25-year-old midfielder’s fee will drop drastically by the middle of next year. Because the contract will enter the last 12 months
Before the recent Olympic Games, Ceballos was called up by Luis Enrique in 2018 but was unable to nail down a place for Spain.
With the likes of Pedri and Gavi taking the initiative for Spain, Ceballos will be keen to play frequently and make a route back into Luis Enrique’s plans.
